Pioneering AI Automation is Daunting, But We Must Do it Anyway

These past few weeks I’ve felt like giving up on this challenge. 

I guess I didn’t know what to expect taking this on; I’d used AI through API’s, coded my own automations, and had a little exposure to workflow tools. I didn’t think it’d be this hard to connect the dots.

Pioneering AI

Staying on top of all this AI change is challenging. It seems to exist in this flux state, with new protocols and tools dropping almost daily.

• Incredibly in flux era
• A lot to keep on top of
• Needs a lot of experimentation
• AI models offering disparate (sometime random) returns
• Expected existing tools to ‘just work’, but they have niggles – they’re early

This is why I took this on – to pioneer my way through all this and share it all with you. 

AI Is Changing Everything

I think our lives are going to be massively changed by this stuff, and I want to empower us as a crew of AI entrepreneurs and builders, so we can make cool stuff and have good lives – despite this upheaval.

I want to ride this wave with integrity, and share with you. So now I’m:

• Accepting that pioneering stuff is messy
• Inventing flexible structure wherever possible (e.g. FlowSpec)
• Reminding myself this is just an experiment
• Seeing the daunting/exciting nature of this, and doing it anyway
• Very thankful to be able to share this with you

Together we are a crew of AI entrepreneurs and automation artists, let’s leverage our past work and make the future. It’s currently chaotic, but we can bring productive order to our swarms. 

We can make things that will endure, and by being ahead of this curve, we can live well too.
